How to find the right part

• Compare the code: does your old part have a type code on it, such as JR1602FCC, JR1839FCC, TX4, TX10, TX20 or TX28? Then look for the same code in the product name.
• Compare the appearance: place your old part next to the product photos. The shape and buttons should match.
• Check the receiver: lost the remote control? Then check the control box or receiver in the ride-on car. It is usually located under the bonnet or under the seat.
• Rule out other causes: is the car not responding at all? First check whether the battery is charged and properly connected.
